Recent Travels to the Albion Factory

March 27th, 2012

We are just back from a very successful trip to the Albion factory in England. While there we received training on the new Albion Revelation saddles. They are quite wonderful! The mono-flap design and complete custom block settings give an amazing feel on the horse. We also got to use the new measuring devise that Paul Belton created that allows the factory to recreate the horses back that we measure in the field. It is exciting to be a part of the innovation that Albion keeps bringing to the saddle industry. Every time we go to the factory we are excited to see the commitment to producing such a high quality product and the care and integrity to make sure it is truly best for horses.

And of course a trip to Europe can’t be all work. Nancy went over to Germany where the Balkenhols were so great in finding her a truly wonderful horse. She had the amazing opportunity of riding at the Balkenhol farm and there found Dieben Hill, a 6 year old liver chestnut out of Damon Hill.
